Organizational Response to Disease Outbreak
About the study: This study, which is funded by the CIHR Novel Covid-19 Grant Program, New Brunswick Health Research Foundation, and Research Nova Scotia, will examine organizations’ reactions and responses to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Goal of the research: To identify organizational “best practices” in response to a threatened disease outbreak. Specifically, to examine the effect of organizational policies, practices, and communication on employees’ perceptions, attitudes, and behaviours.
Who is running the study? This research study is being led by the Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in Occupational Health Psychology, along with a team of researchers throughout Canada. Click HERE for more information about the research team.
